The Prime Contractor for the dam remediation, Barnard Construction Company, Inc. of Bozeman Montana, chose SSL to develop a 650,000 square foot precast concrete panel facing system for the upstream and downstream facing. The panel facing system served as a means to construct the RCC Dam as well as to present an architectural simulated rock façade for the upstream side.
